My Story

Terrance Evins grew up in Oxford, NC and graduated from East Carolina University. He has been a business owner in the Charlotte area for over 20 years.

His passion for helping others, combined with his years as an entrepreneur makes him the perfect fit to help you buy, sell or invest in real estate!

Terrance loves helping people reach their goals. He has done that as a martial arts instructor for over 30 years. He will bring that same passion and intensity to helping you achieve your goal!
